LILIAN
FOUNDER
Lilian was one of the first female tech leads in London's digital agencies. With over 20 years experience in the advertising, startup and tech industries, she applies her agile iteration method, developer and artistic background to human-centric design innovation.
Through the use of unique inclusive environments for interdisciplinary teams, she brings people together to create, prototype and validate big ideas before turning them into products and experiences their target audiences really want.
JAMES
CO-FOUNDER
James was a pioneer of introducing digital as discipline to 3 top London agencies (BBH / Dare, VCCP , Iris) and he created many of what are now standard digital user experiences inventing the phrase Creative Technology . He then launched the first successful mobile agency in Europe and helped Apple and their competitors define what mobile applications were to become with over 27 App Store Number 1s and a number of patents and industry firsts.
